Eva Dickey is a Legal Fellow at GGH Law, where she specializes in sexual abuse and assault cases. Eva assists in legal research and drafting on various complex issues that arise in litigation.

Eva graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2020, where she participated in Chicago-Kent Law Review and was Vice President of Moot Court, and was Executive Editor of The Seventh Circuit Review in 2019-2020. Eva’s law review note, Qualified Immunity Under Section 1983: The Protective Veil of “Clearly Established” was published in the Chicago-Kent Law Review Volume 96 in 2021. After graduation, Eva worked at a Chicago personal injury firm where she assisted in legal research and drafting on section 1983 cases prior to joining GGH.

Prior to law school, Eva spent nearly four years as a paralegal for a Consumer class action firm in San Diego, where she assisted the firm in preparing, drafting, and filing documents in state, federal, and appellate courts.
