Phoebe Liccardo is a Law Clerk at Gould Grieco & Hensley supporting attorneys across all litigation practices. Phoebe is a rising second-year law student at Chicago-Kent College of Law.

At Chicago-Kent, Phoebe is the Executive Submissions Editor for the Journal of Environmental and Energy Law, where she also authors articles for the Journal’s blog. Phoebe represents her class as 2L Representative for the Environmental Law Society. Prior to beginning law school, Phoebe worked as a paralegal for two years at a plaintiffs’ personal injury firm in Chicago. In addition to working closely with experienced trial attorneys, she guided clients through every stage of litigation.

Phoebe received her B.A. in both Environmental Studies and Latin from Western Michigan University. As an undergraduate, she gained firsthand courtroom experience as a Legal Intern at the 30th Circuit Court in Lansing, Michigan, where she assisted during criminal trials involving sexual assault and harassment.

Beyond her passion for law, Phoebe enjoys early-morning bike rides along the Lakefront Trail, attending Chicago sports events, and taking advantage of world-class cuisine throughout the city.
