Sam is a Law Clerk at GGH Law. She is currently a senior at the University of Utah where she studies Biology, Creative Writing, and Political Science. After college, she intends to attend law school.

Sam’s professional background includes a position at the University of Utah as an undergraduate researcher in the Werner Lab and a Lead Academic and Athletic Tutor. Her research is focused on the crossroads between microbiology and evolutionary biology where she is discovering new connections between microorganisms in the alpine aquatics environments and the Great Salt Lake. As a tutor, she assists fellow students in succeeding in their classes which are notoriously difficult. As a lead, she also trains other tutors as they begin tutoring. In the winters, Sam is a PSIA Alpine Level 1 Certified Ski Instructor in the prestigious Deer Valley Ski School where she works with children age 3-12 as they embark on their skiing journeys.

Outside of professional experience, Sam enjoys all the great outdoors has to offer. She’s an avid hiker in the warmer months, and, when she’s not in class, she’s free-skiing in the mountains. One of her many hobbies includes writing novels.
