Shanti is a Paralegal at GGH Law, where she supports attorneys on personal injury litigation and assists with all phases of case management. She is passionate about helping clients navigate difficult circumstances with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

Before joining GGH, Shanti spent a decade in customer service and management roles: learning strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving techniques while serving diverse communities throughout Chicagoland. Her inclination towards public service ultimately inspired her transition into the legal profession.

Shanti earned her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Classical Civilizations and Philosophy from Loyola University Chicago, where her curiosity and love of learning also led her to complete minors in Peace Studies and Business Administration. During this time she also served as the Webmaster for Delta Sigma Pi Gamma Pi, and supported operations for John Felice Rome Center’s 2019 Critical Theory Conference in Rome, Italy. Upon joining the firm, Shanti has nearly completed Loyola’s ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate Program. After years of preparing for a career in law, Shanti is excited to combine her passion for advocacy with meaningful client service, helping individuals through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

 Outside the office, Shanti enjoys exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene with her partner, gaming with friends, and spending time with her cats, Pepper and Mr. Noodle. She also helps care for a family member; an experience that has strengthened her compassion, patience, and dedication to serving others.
