Tali Oliver-Wertman is an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal / Victim Advocate at Gould Grieco & Hensley LLP, bringing nearly a decade of hands-on experience with a strong focus on personal injury and sexual abuse litigation. Born and raised in California’s Bay Area, Tali has dedicated her career to advocating for survivors and navigating the complex legal systems surrounding institutional abuse and negligence. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University and completed an ABA-approved Paralegal Program, laying a strong academic foundation for her work in trauma-informed legal advocacy.

Tali was part of the team that secured a landmark $880 million global settlement for more than 1,350 survivors of clergy abuse in a Judicial Council Complex Proceeding (JCCP) against the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. She also played a pivotal role in litigation involving over 200 lawsuits brought by former foster youth against Los Angeles County, including cases connected to the long-shuttered MacLaren Hall facility.

Known for her deep compassion, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to each client’s story, Tali is a key member of GGH’s California litigation team.
