GGH Partner Marty Gould and attorneys Val Letko and Nicholas Wainwright will be presenting at the National Center for Victims of Crime Annual Conference Thursday 9/19 on “Circumventing Damage Caps to Secure a $21.3 million Settlement through the Use of Experts and Science.” Gould, Letko, and Wainright secured the largest abuse settlement in Ohio for a single survivor earlier this year.
