Gould Grieco & Hensley and Levy Konigsberg filed a lawsuit against the Archdiocese of Chicago on behalf of a fourth St. Ann’s survivor of child sexual abuse perpetrated by Father John “Jack” Keehan.
Despite the Archdiocese determining in 1993 Fr. Keehan had “credible” allegations of child sexual abuse, he was allowed to remain as Head Pastor of St. Ann’s Elementary School and Parish where he regularly had the Principal or St. Ann’s teachers pull altar boys out of class and send them to the Church so he could sexually abuse them.
