GGH Founding Partner, Mike Grieco and Attorney, Nicholas Wainwright, have filed lawsuits on behalf of 585 survivors of sexual abuse stemming from juvenile detention centers in Maryland. All 585 cases were filed prior to House Bill 1378 which took effect on Monday that limits the amount of recovery for survivors of sexual abuse. This is one of many important pieces of litigation that GGH is working on across the country on behalf of survivors of sexual abuse.
