Attorneys: More than 160 women sue Dr. Brock over decades of abuse

GGH Files Lawsuit Against OB-GYN Dr. Barry Brock and Cedars-Sinai Over Decades of Alleged Sexual Abuse and Negligence.

The complaint was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of ten Jane Doe plaintiffs, part of a wave of suits by more than 160 former patients alleging misconduct dating back to the early 1980s. Plaintiffs allege Cedars-Sinai ignored repeated red flags, kept referring patients to Brock, and never notified patients when he was finally suspended in 2024.
